Workshop Objectives

WorldFish is currently experiencing a lot of change. There is also lots of work going on to ensure effective and sustainable response to that change. This workshop and the sessions within it are designed to help you better understand the changes in operating context, and to engage with the ways this is being responded to.

Specifically you will:

  1. Increase your knowledge of the changing context within which we operate so that you are better equipped to respond to it.
  2. Better understand our strategic response to the changing operating environment and some of what this will require of you in your work.
  3. Use the ‘Polarity Management’ tool to explore the tensions inherent in our operating environment
  4. Work through our revised core business processes so that you can give your input to their re-design.
  5. Understand the ongoing development work and support that will be available over the next 6 to 18 months as we deploy and refine OCS across the organisation.
  6. To give you opportunity to raise your concerns and questions about the operational change we are going through.
