Classroom-based training on the One Corporate System (OCS) has started on 10 December 2012 and will run in the next two weeks at the Cantrell Building, IRRI headquarters. Training participants are OCS key users in IRRI's Financial Operations Unit (FOP), Financial Planning and Reporting Unit (FPR) and Human Resources Services (HRS). Ben Houghton and Fiona Powell, trainers from Highpoint Services are now on site delivering finance (eg. budget, reports, excelerator) and train the trainer courses.

IRRI's OCS training strategy includes a mix of classroom workshops and eLearning (online) tutorials matched to end-user needs. All staff will be provided with OCS training, first to key users in Finance, Human Resources, Donor Relations and Projects Coordination and then to everybody else.
