Training Requirements Analysis - finalized

We have finalized the Training Requirements Analysis phase with Optimum. The TRA 90-page report issued by Optimum provides a thorough analysis of the functions needed for making OCS operational and identifies the individual user groups (Roles). The report also includes a detailed analysis of what the staff playing specific roles need to learn (function-based) and serves as input for the providers to start the development of materials. The report may also be used as source of information for the centers when they are reviewing their key detailed business processes.

Following the TRA process, we are waiting for the SC to approve the RFP to quote the design, development and delivery with the providers as a next step. Thanks to all the process experts, Carlos Alonso and David Swain who worked to support me in moving forward with this first phase successfully.
